About DigitalShop

Our mission

DigitalShop exists to put independent Indian D2C merchants in control of their own commerce. Marketplaces take a cut of every sale and own the customer relationship. We believe brands should keep 100% of what they earn and own their storefront, their data and their growth. For a flat ₹599 a month, a merchant gets a complete commerce stack — UPI and COD payments, WhatsApp ordering, shipping, GST-compliant invoicing and SEO — with zero commission on sales.

A joint venture of UnfoldCRO and ICraftAds

DigitalShop is built and operated as a joint venture of two companies that bring complementary strengths to the product:

• UnfoldCRO provides the technical and development support — the platform engineering, product design and ongoing development that make DigitalShop fast, reliable and easy to use.
• ICraftAds provides the financial and management support — the business, operational and financial backing that sustain and grow the product.

Together, the two companies jointly manage privacy and data security, ensuring that merchant and customer data is handled responsibly and in line with India’s data-protection laws.

Every part of DigitalShop is designed for the way India shops and sells: UPI-first checkout, Cash on Delivery and Partial COD across tens of thousands of pincodes, WhatsApp-native ordering, and automatic GST invoicing. Our goal is simple — let any merchant go from idea to live store in minutes, and keep every rupee they earn.
